Free Uber rides for teens who failed their driver’s tests
NEW YORK CITY (PIX11) – It’s not all bad news for teenagers who failed their driver’s tests.
For teens aged 13-17 who failed an attempt to get behind the wheel, Uber is offering a month of free Uber rides through the end of March.
The promo is available for new "teen accounts," which allow teenagers to order their own rides and meals under parental supervision and certain restrictions.
“Teens, we’ve got you covered until you can take your next test,” Uber representatives said.
A survey to get the free rides asks teenagers whether they failed the written or road test and for their parents’ Uber account information. The discount is good on six trips that cost up to $20.
