Cyclist dead after south Columbus crash
COLUMBUS, Ohio (WCMH) -- One person is dead after they were hit by a car while riding a bicycle in south Columbus Monday evening.
According to Columbus police, the crash happened on Corr Road south of Parsons Avenue at approximately 6:30 p.m.
Police said that a Mercury Marquise was driving south on Corr Road when it hit an adult riding a bicycle.
The victim was pronounced dead at the scene at 6:36 p.m. Police have not identified the victim.
There is no word on if anyone has been arrested for the crash.
