EastEnders star unrecognisable in classic Only Fools and Horses episodes – but did you spot her?
EASTENDERS star looks unrecognisable in classic Only Fools and Horses episodes.
Glam Gerry Cowper, our fave EastEnders queen, dazzled from 2004 to 2006 as the unforgettable Miller matriarch.

The true West London gem, wowed us with her chilling turn in the 1973 cult classic, The Wicker Man.
This powerhouse’s decades-spanning career includes memorable stints on Casualty, Law and Order, The Bill, and Dick Turpin, among many other big-screen cameos, as reported by MyLondon.
But she has also starred in two memorable episodes of Only Fools and Horses.
Gerry played Lisa, the attractive niece of Trigger (Roger Lloyd Pack), delighting fans in the episodes “Tea for Three” and “The Frog’s Legacy.”
In “Tea for Three,” aired in September 1986, Del Boy (David Jason) and Rodney Trotter (Nicholas Lyndhurst) are hilariously smitten with Lisa, leading to a madcap contest for her affections.
The brothers even invite her over to their high-rise flat for tea, but Rodney’s already feeling the heat from a sunbed prank.
After Del Boy’s humiliating antics, Rodney persuades him to try hang gliding over the countryside, which ends in disaster.
They are surprised to learn that Lisa was engaged all along!
The beloved actress returned as Lisa over a year later, tying the knot in “The Frog’s Legacy,” aired on Christmas Day 1987.
This episode had Del Boy on a thrilling mission to recover stolen gold bullion.
In true Only Fools style, Peckham’s finest, Del and Rodney, discover they’re set to inherit a large sum of money after bumping into an old family friend at Lisa’s wedding in Hampshire.
The gold belonged to Frederick Robdal, affectionately known as Freddie the Frog.
He left the wealth to his dear friend Joan Trotter, who then passed it down to her sons, Del and Rodney.

Coming up this year…

Other aspects of the 40th anniversary celebration include: A wedding between fan favorites, A huge explosion at the Queen Vic, and A live interactive episode.
And you can catch a glimpse of Gerry as Lisa right at the beginning of the episode.
Gerry was part of The Miller clan, which was one of EastEnders‘ most memorable families.
She arrived in Albert Square back in 2004 as the chaotic Rosie Miller, along with her couch potato spouse Keith (David Spinx).
They moved to Walford with their kids: Dawn (Kara Tointon), Mickey (Joe Swash), and twins Demi (Shana Swash) and Darren (Charlie G. Hawkins).
The brawling brood stole the nation’s heart with their wild and turbulent escapades in the 2000s.
Now 66, Gerry has been enjoying a well-deserved break from acting since her last role in Law and Order: UK in 2014.
But could Rosie Miller ever make a return to EastEnders?
EastEnders fans were left stunned after Mickey Miller (Joe Swash) appeared in the soap during the festive period, reprising his iconic role after 13 years.
His comeback to the square was tied to the possible closure of Bridge Street market, where he donated generously.
Mickey also showed off his success revealing he runs a chain of BnBs called Miller’s Villas.
As he reconnected with his former friends, he stepped in to help Mo by take photos for the Walford lads’ fundraising calendar after the original photographer fails to show.
And when Kim noticed Mo was missing a man for the December page of her fundraising calendar. she volunteered Mickey as the solution to the problem.
Since his brief return, fans are eager for him to come back to the soap permanently.
Meanwhile, Ross Kemp has been confirmed to return for the soap’s 40th anniversary special live episode.
The soap legend will make a bombshell comeback to the Square, nine years after his last appearance.
Ross said: “I’m delighted to be returning to EastEnders as the show heads towards its 40th anniversary.
“EastEnders has always meant so much to me, so to return as the show is about to celebrate such a special anniversary, is an absolute honour.
“Grant has never been far from the action and let’s just say, this time is no different as he certainly comes back with a bang.”
Grant was last seen in 2016 when he returned from mum Peggy Mitchell’s funeral.
His return comes as his brother Phil has been secretly struggling with his mental health in dark scenes.
Can he save his brother?
EastEnders airs Monday to Thursday at 7:30pm on BBC One and is available to watch from 6am on BBC iPlayer.
