On Jan 8, Stewart gave us a truly mouth-watering, chocolate-lovers dream of a dessert. She shared the photos and recipe to her Instagram with the caption reading, “A true showstopper, this vanilla-bean Bundt cake gets the chocolate treatment inside and out. Cutting into the cake reveals its rich cheesecake-like chocolate filling, and the whole thing is glazed with a sumptuous chocolate ganache. Get the recipe in the link in our bio. ????: @kate_mathis.”
This delicious showstopper of a cake may take a bit to get done, but it’ll serve the whole family (and have room for seconds)!
For the filling, you’ll need ingredients like sour cream, eggs, and cream cheese. As for the cake itself, you need things like kosher salt, vanilla bean, and whole milk, to name a few. And then, for the glaze, make sure you get some chocolate, heavy cream, and vanilla extract.
Now, to actually make the cake, you need to follow only five steps. You start by preheating the oven to 325 degrees and grabbing your go-to food processor, and then you end by adding on the glaze.
It’s easier than you think, and it’ll be sure to be a favorite!
