Kopylov closed the show with a wicked head kick in the dying embers of the fight.
Xtreme Couture’s Curtis was badly hurt and fell to the canvas, which he tried to make his way up from.

But referee Mark Smith had seen enough, calling a halt to proceedings with just one second remaining.
Curtis fumed with the stoppage, which resulted in him suffering his second straight loss.

UFC Fight Night 101 was headlined by a women’s strawweight rematch between Brazilians McKenzie Dern and Amanda Ribas.
