Khabib, 36, was escorted off the flight after appearing to refuse to move from his seat by the emergency exit.
Reports from eyewitnesses claim that the argument between the UFC star and the flight crew started out of confusion.
It’s claimed that Khabib was asked to confirm that he could help other passengers in case of an emergency, as is standard for passengers sitting in the emergency aisle.
However the Russian fighter was left confused by the question and a small argument ensued.
As a result, Khabib could be heard saying he wishes to stay in his seat while the flight attended asks that he moves if he can’t assist his fellow passengers.
The attendant can be hear saying: “We cannot allow you to sit in the exit row, or you’re going to have to get off this plane.”
After more refusal to switch seats by Khabib, the flight attendant then calls a supervisor and ‘The Eagle’ was escorted off the plane.
During the ordeal, Khabib could be heard saying that his treatment was “unfair”.
