Love Island’s biggest transformations after surgery and tweakments as All Stars winner Molly Smith reveals procedures

LOVE Island: All Stars will catapult back onto our screens on Monday night, so ahead of the all-new series, we’ve decided to reminisce.

Molly Smith, who appeared on Love Island: All Stars last year, recently revealed on social media that she has only ever had Botox done.

Botox injections are shots that use a toxin to prevent a muscle from moving for a limited time, and they are popular among young women looking to prevent signs of premature ageing.

Many Love Island stars have undergone various procedures including Botox, lip fillers and other augmentations.

Scroll on as we take a look at some of the biggest Love Island transformations over the years, how some former Islanders looked when they were teens, and some of the work they’ve had done to enhance their beauty since finding fame.

Maura Higgins

Irish beauty Maura, who recently appeared on I’m A Celebrity, shot to stardom during the 2019 series of Love Island.

Over the years, she has undergone an incredible transformation, with her becoming more glamorous since being in the public eye.

An unearthed snap from 2011 shows Maura, 21 at the time, with a completely different look compared to how she presents herself today.

Wearing a purple bikini when she was younger, Maura posed up a storm in front of a white wall.

Showing off her figure, Maura looked sensational as she pouted with thinner lips than what she has today.

Speaking to MailOnline, Maura previously addressed rumours about having cosmetic work done.

She said in 2021: “I got my lips done three months after coming out of Love Island, and lip fillers last five to six months. I haven’t had anything done since then; I just let it dissolve.

“But people still assume I’ve had my lips done, Botox. People are even saying I’ve had my nose done when I’ve not actually had any work.”

Hannah Elizabeth

Former Playboy bunny Hannah was a runner-up with her then-boyfriend Jon Clark when she first appeared on Love Island in 2015.

Since shooting to stardom, Hannah has undergone several procedures to enhance her beauty.

In 2023, she headed to Turkey for a round of procedures which included a nose job, and a boob job.

Hannah also went on to show off the results of her other surgeries, which included “eyelid surgery” and a “fox eye lift”. She has also had lip fillers.

Megan Barton-Hanson

Megan catapulted to fame after her 2018 appearance on ITV2 reality show Love Island.

The starlet has always looked glamorous, but while on the show, a photo was unearthed from her teenage years that saw her looking almost completely unrecognisable.

In the snap, Megan could be seen with her hair at a shorter length, no makeup on, and some glasses.

Meanwhile, a former pal had revealed to Hello that Megan made her first visit to a plastic surgeon at just 14.

Megan, however, claims that she didn’t have her first procedure until she was 17.

The Essex bombshell wanted to have her ears pinned back after having grown tired of the bullying she faced while at school.

Molly-Mae Hague

Molly-Mae looks almost unrecognisable in an unearthed snap from her teen years, with the former Love Islander now looking extremely glamorous and a far cry from her younger self.

In a snap from when she was younger, Molly-Mae can be seen with darker hair, no makeup on and much thinner lips.

After shooting to fame, Molly-Mae regularly got fillers, but after she faced backlash over her appearance, a couple of years ago she began getting many of her cosmetic procedures reversed in hopes of achieving a more natural look.

Liberty Poole

Liberty Poole’s prom snap from 2016 has been shared online by someone who went to school with her.

Posting a video on TikTok, the former classmate wrote: “When you went to school and were in the same year with Liberty Poole from Love Island“.

They then shared the photo of Liberty aged around 15, looking remarkably different from how fans would recognise her today.

In the snap, her blonde hair is tied into a chic updo, and she is smiling sweetly at the camera.

These days Liberty is far more chic and glam, with the starlet having undergone a massive transformation since her school days.

Olivia Attwood

Olivia shot to fame on the ITV2 dating show in 2017, and not so long ago she took to her Instagram page to share a photograph from her teenage years.

Taking part in a viral social media trend, the TV starlet joked that her teenage look was “so bad” as she showed off her bleached locks and dark eyeliner.

Looking glamorous, the star was seen in the video in the present day before a photo from her teen years popped up that showed Olivia pouting towards the camera while sporting pale make-up.

“Couple of things, 1. When @jenniferattwood used to tell me my home bleached hair looked trash, I thought it was because she was jealous,” the TV star wrote.

“2. Black Kohl eyeliners had me in a chokehold for most of my teens,” she hilariously continued the list under the video.

“3. This one’s for the ‘you didn’t need fillers’ trolls – I have seen more definition on a paper cut. Please take several seats. 4. The eyebrows. What eyebrows? The end.”

Ekin-Su

Ekin-Su, who will be heading into the new series of All Stars on Monday, originally won her series of Love Island with Davide Sanclimenti in 2022.

Over the years, Ekin-Su’s image has changed – and this is apparent when looking at a snap of her after she won Miss Ireland when she was just 18 years old.

Photos of Ekin during her competing days did the rounds on social media when she starred in Celebrity Big Brother last spring, leaving fans shocked by her transformation.

The beauty posed for the camera in a white bikini and a sash that said ‘Miss Ireland’ on it.

Looking so much younger and fresh-faced, Ekin-Su’s eyes were framed with heavy black eyeliner and she sported a very dark tan.

Luca Bish

In a resurfaced video, the reality star who was paired up with Michael Owen’s daughter Gemma on Love Island a couple of years ago, had just had his veneers done.

Sitting in the back of a mini-van and is praising the dental services he’s just received, Luca could be heard saying: “Yeah all done, I really don’t want to leave, the experience has been amazing.

“The staff have been amazing, I just don’t want to leave. I wish I could live here the way they treat you. So happy with the results.”

Luca looked unrecognisable in the clip, with his now sandy blonde hair considerably darker in the video.

His hair was also so much longer and he had it tucked behind his ears.
