Inside ‘swanky’ sex mansion where punters choose from ‘pick & mix’ menu & sex-starved men lose virginities in dungeon
WALKING past the pristine palm tree lined pool which glistens in the glare of the hot desert sun and stepping into the white-fronted mansion’s foyer, the only hint this isn’t your typical luxury hotel is a tiny sign placed on a coffee table.
‘Condoms are mandatory’ it politely but firmly states, giving a subtle nod to the type of establishment Sheri’s Ranch is, which boasts ten five-star rooms – and a kinky sex dungeon, equipped with suspension cuffs and a steel cage.
Sheri’s ranch has become a hot spot for legalised sex work in Nevada, one of 19 brothels in the state[/caption] Jupiter Jetson has worked at the sex mansion for almost six years and reveals what it’s really like[/caption] The swanky mansion has a swimming pool, tennis court and sports bar as well as a kinky dungeon[/caption]Welcome to one of Nevada’s famous legal brothels, where excited clients can expect to be greeted by one of 24 glamourous women, including red-haired Jupiter Jetson, 36, who work on site as one of their high-class sex workers.
The ranch is one of 19 legal establishments in the state, and opened its doors in 1971. In 2001 it was bought by the current co-owners Chuck Lee, a former homicide detective and David Frank, a real estate agent.
Here, punters can live out their every desire and have their pick of women.
The sex parlour’s website lists a ‘pick and mix’ menu, illustrated with simple ‘matchstick men’ sketched in various intimate poses.
From the ‘bubble bath party’ to the ‘hot and cold blowjob’, ‘foot fetish party’ and the ‘girlfriend experience’ – there’s plenty of options for customers to choose from.

Nevada is currently the only state in the US with licensed brothels and they must abide by strict rules to ensure the safety of both clients and workers.
Licensed, legal brothels such as Sheri’s are designed to offer both clients and their staff security, safety and regular STD checks to prevent the risk of disease and infection.
Ohio-born Jupiter has worked at Sheri’s since 2018.
She first dabbled in sex work in her 20s, working as a dancer and professional dominatrix while living in New York.
Jupiter was at a party when she met someone who encouraged her to look into dominatrix work, but she keeps tight-lipped on the kinks clients asked for back then.
She later put it behind her when she moved to Berlin, choosing mainstream jobs like waitressing and bartending aswell as working as a musician.
Until she saw an article about the Nevada brothel online in 2018.
Initially, she assumed it was located in Europe given the more lenient laws there, and she was shocked to discover that Sheri’s was located in the US, in a state where sex work was permitted.
“I didn’t even know it was an option,” says Jupiter, who decided to ‘take the leap and join the circus’ six years ago.
My experience in the industry is very much the Disney World version of sex work. You know, I have 24-hour security staff, we have a panic system in every room and we always have backup on hand.

She explains: “I’ve always had a very open-minded attitude towards sexuality.
“I’ve never fully placed the same, you know, moral, emotional weight on sex that a lot of people do.
“And so for me, the only thing that ever discouraged me from looking into it was the criminality of it – I’m just not brave enough to be a career criminal!
“That was one of the main things that led me to getting out of exotic dancing and dominatrix work – there were so many grey areas in that field.
“I was always afraid there was the chance of getting in trouble, even if you’re following all the rules.”

Raucous Role Play: If your partner enjoys dressing up for fun, it shows creativity and a desire to keep things exciting. However, it might signal that he struggles with responsibility.
Multi-Partner Fantasies: Craving variety doesn’t always mean he wants to cheat. However, it could indicate deeper feelings of unfulfillment.
Power & Control: A little dominance is normal, but if it’s always about control, it may hide insecurities.
Adventure: Men seeking thrills may push boundaries, so be sure your comfort zone is respected.
Passion: If he’s romantic, he’s emotionally tuned in—though occasionally avoiding tough conversations.
Flexibility: Openness to new experiences is great, but constant novelty-seeking could mean avoiding emotional connection.
Red Flag: If control is his ultimate fantasy, it may signal a deeper struggle with power dynamics.
Creating a ‘connection’
While sex work is legal in Nevada, federal and state laws in the US govern the promotion of it.
It explains why the Sheri’s Brothel website offers a variety of sex acts clients might be able to participate in, but no prices can be shared there, and even discussing fees could land them in trouble.
Due to strict laws, Jupiter is unable to reveal her ‘specialism’, even if she had one.
But the earning potential of women who are employed at Sheri’s is clearly huge.
“I now own my own home (as well as a bit of land) and have been able to live the life I dreamed of,” explains Jupiter.
Women like Jupiter write down acts they will consent to and clients can pick from them once they arrive at the brothel.
But Sheri’s caters for all tastes, if you pass their heavy vetting process at the door first.
A hostess greets newcomers, checking their ID to ensure they are who they say they are and that they are over the age of 21.
For those who have an appointment already, they’re ushered into the bar to wait for their mistress or taken to the parlour for a more secretive spot.
Those without a booking can wait at the bar and spend ten minutes with each lady until they find one they like.
“We are all given a maximum of ten minutes to take turns coming up, saying hi and introducing ourselves and, you know, creating a connection,” explains Jupiter.
And she reveals how those with more specific requests will be given a lineup with all the women in the house.
“Say if somebody is like, I want to be with somebody who looks like my high school crush,” Jupiter says.
“The best option would be to call a lineup, which is where we all stand in a line and we do a little ‘song and dance’… then he or she could choose a lady from the lineup.”
The lineups may seem easy but require ‘a surprising amount of choreography’ to get right so each of the ladies can show their best self to the client in a matter of seconds.

Once a lady has been selected, the pair can go and discuss what they expect from the service and how much it will cost before heading to a playroom to ensure both are happy to consent.
Jupiter has multiple clients while working at the ranch, where she lives for two weeks out of the month.
Whilst she hasn’t had problems with unruly guests, the ranch provides ample security if there is an issue.
“My experience in the industry is very much the Disney World version of sex work. You know, I have 24-hour security staff, we have a panic system in every room and we always have backup on hand,” Jupiter explains.
“And if anybody gets too out of hand because of our legal status we do always have the option of calling the police.”
Jupiter isn’t afraid to wave goodbye to rude clients or those who seem to be under the influence of alcohol.
“If they’re too drunk to consent, they’re too drunk to consent to paid interactions as well,” she adds.
“But that is the nice thing about the way that we operate. Here it’s not like how a lot of independent workers – as we like to call them – don’t have the chance to feel out people in person before they invite them back to a private space. We always have that opportunity here.”
Lineups are common for new clients who want to choose a woman[/caption]DIY pornstar experience
Sheri’s has playrooms to act out every wild fantasy – from the girlfriend experience to cuddles on the sofa, to an office room to play out your sexy secretary dreams.
Also on offer is the Nuru massage room for some slippery fun as well as their BDSM dungeon which is used to tie paying customers up or even…put them in a cage.
In recent years, Sheri’s Ranch has also added a sex video room where customers can direct and star in their own porn film with their chosen lady, which they can then take home.
Those wanting a more ‘vanilla’ experience can sample the standard bedrooms as well as bungalows in the grounds, with the option to stay overnight.
Jupiter’s typical work hours are surprising – she starts at 9am until around 10pm.
According to the website, women are forbidden from working at the ranch for longer than three weeks at a time – then they must take a week-long break before they’re allowed to return.
And the time spent there is in high demand.
“We are the plans that people make when they don’t have plans with their friends and family,” says Jupiter.
“People make plans with their friends and family for like Friday, Saturday night and, you know, for weekdays after like 8 and 9pm.
“So like I think that we are the side plan with certain exceptions.”

Jupiter has also helped her fair share of men lose their virginity including those with high-powered jobs.
“It’s a lot of people in medicine, but it’s also a lot of people in other very high-stress, very high-expectation educational fields, people with really huge workloads,” she explains.
“There’s a lot of people who put off dating and investing in a social life because [they’re] putting thousands of dollars a year into an education.
“You might not have time to ask people out.”
And Jupiter says letting go of your virginity to a sex worker guarantees not just good time but also a confidence boost.
“I get messages afterwards from people saying, ‘I have a girlfriend now,’” she adds.
‘I found my calling’
Sex work aside, Jupiter is often found in the ranch’s kitchen baking for herself and the other girls who live there, crocheting or getting her head stuck into a puzzle.
Surprisingly, Jupiter says it can get ‘boring’ working in the middle of nowhere but she has no intention of leaving sex work behind and feels she has found her calling.
“I have described coming to sex work a lot like a Catholic woman coming to the convent. You know, I found my calling,” Jupiter says.
“While it is sex work, a remarkable portion of what I do is not necessarily sex,” she continues.
And she says seeing a client find love beyond Sheri’s is what makes her role rewarding:
“You’ll end up interacting and talking and empathising with people. I get to do that, but actually see real returns.”
