President Trump will face sentencing in crooked Judge Juan Merchan’s New York court on Friday at 10:30 AM after the Supreme Court refused to grant Trump his request to delay the sentencing.
The US Supreme Court announced Friday in a 5-4 decision that it will not stop Judge Merchan from sentencing Trump after a New York Appeals court earlier this week denied Trump’s request to delay Friday’s sentencing.
Five Justices denied Trump’s bid to stop Judge Merchan’s sentencing. The four conservative justices would have approved Trump’s application to delay the sentencing.
Chief Justice John Roberts and screwball Amy Comey Barrett sided with the far-left justices on the court.
So today President Trump will face Merchan, once again, in court in this unjust lawfare suit that never should have been brought against the former president.
Trump will become the first president to have been sentenced for a criminal conviction once he’s sworn into office Jan. 20. That is the talking point Democrats want.

Steinglass says prosecutors are OK with the potential no-penalty sentence. He cites “all the circumstances of this case, its unique posture and the defendant’s status as president-elect.”
“The verdict in this case was unanimous and decisive and it must be respected,” he said.
As prosecutors began their remarks, Trump shook his head, eyes darting around the screen. The camera view is framed tightly on him and Blanche, offering courtroom spectators a much closer view of Trump’s expression than during the trial.
UPDATE: President Trump correctly told the court, “It’s been a political witch hunt” used to damage his reputation.
Trump calls the ordeal a “setback for New York and the New York court system.”
Trump told the court “I’m totally innocent” and “there is no crime here.”
