ALBANY, N.Y. (NEXSTAR) — Across both major parties and both houses of the New York State Legislature, several leadership assignments and committee memberships came out on Thursday. The legislative session kicked off on Wednesday, and final assignment for some State Senate leadership positions have yet to be released.
