BTS’ J-Hope to return to Manila for ‘HOPE ON THE STAGE’ solo concert
MANILA, Philippines – Filipino ARMYs, are you ready to see Hobi onstage? BTS’ J-Hope is returning to Manila for his “HOPE ON THE STAGE” world tour. He will be performing on April 12 and 13 at the Mall of Asia Arena in Pasay City.
The world tour was announced through a Weverse post and his agency BIGHIT MUSIC’s official social media posts on Friday, January 10. J-Hope will also make stops in South Korea, Mexico, United States, Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand, Macau, Taiwan, and Japan.

The “HOPE ON THE STAGE” concert will be the first show in the Philippines performed by any BTS member since “The Wings Tour” held at the Mall of Asia Arena on May 6 and 7, 2017.
J-Hope debuted as a member of K-pop boy group BTS in 2013, achieving global success and becoming the first South Korean act to top the Billboard Hot 100. He made his solo debut in 2018 with his mixtape Hope World, recently releasing his latest EP Hope on the Street Vol. 1 in March 2024.
The South Korean rapper and singer-songwriter also collaborated with global artists such as Becky G and J. Cole for the songs “Chicken Noodle Soup” and “On The Street.” He also became the first South Korean act to headline the Lollapalooza music festival.
J-Hope returned from mandatory service in the South Korean army in October 2024. He is the second BTS member after Jin to complete military duties. The five remaining BTS members — RM, V, Jungkook, Jimin, and Suga — are expected to finish their service and reunite with Jin and J-Hope as a band by this year. – Rappler.com
