Like Ozempic, GLP-1 is a drug that is commonly used by people who have diabetes. However, it can also help with losing weight.
Taking to TikTok, Jonathan shared his “confession” with fans. He explained that he had “I gained and lost weight several times very publicly.”
“With everything I’ve been through publicly and privately in the last couple years, I gained quite a bit of weight, wasn’t feeling good,” he said, seemingly referencing a report saying that he was “abusive” and had “rage issues” on the set of Queer Eye. “The most important thing was, my binge-eating disorder was out of control.”
He said that he was struggling with binging, which left him feeling “really not good, depressed and out of control.” The medicine helped him turn a corner.
“I, for the first time in my life, got control over my food intake. It helped me so massively, and that’s part of why I wanna be honest with you about it because I know how important asking for help is, and how much asking for help can change your life in terms of healing,” he explained.
