Elsa Hosk shared a carousel of photos on her Instagram yesterday, showcasing an outfit she put together centered around her beloved “it girl” footwear. The caption of the post read “Out n about in my @reebok classic az????.”
The former Victoria’s Secret Angel laced into a pair of “Reebok Classic AZ sneakers in the “Chalk/Chalk/Grey 5” colorway. Retailing for $75 via the brand’s website, the sneaker features mixed suede and leather uppers in shades of cream, white and black accompanied by cotton laces in white. Non-slip rubber outsoles give way to Reebok branding fixed to the heels and tongues. Cushioned EVA midsoles cradle the wearer’s feet, offering unmatched support.
The silhouette is inspired by sneakers from the 70s, specifically Reebok’s retro Aztec style. The modern take pulls from the best of Reebok’s heritage, aptly paying homage to the beloved Aztec model. The suede accents on the Classic AZ create textural interest, further updating the silhouette for modern consumption. The Classic AZ sneaker also comes in a more subdued “Washed Black/Washed Black/Chalk” colorway.
Accompanying her Reebok kicks, the runway regular popped on a classic combo of high-waisted denim and a simple black tee. Overtop, Hosk cozied up in a lengthy black leather coat featuring contrasting white shearling trim.
Hosk’s shoe style is wide-ranging, varying from minimalist to bohemian. The model often wears embellished and versatile sandals and pumps on the red carpet, hailing from luxury brands including Mach & Mach, Saint Laurent, Manolo Blahnik and Aquazzura.
Off-duty, she can also be seen in flat sandals, loafers and heeled boots from brands including Hermes, Piferi, Celine, Vanda Novak and Chanel. Hosk’s sneaker collection also includes a rotation of lace-up pairs from Adidas and New Balance. However, she’s also donned similar styles as the aforementioned from a range of affordable brands, including Vince Camuto, Schutz and PrettyLittleThing.
