Her Exposure of Planned Parenthood Selling Aborted Baby Parts May Get it Defunded

In 2015, our client Sandra Merritt set off a fire storm when her undercover videos were released. Those videos showed Planned Parenthood officials and doctors openly bragging about performing late-term abortions and haggling over butchered baby part prices as part of their gruesome but very profitable human organ trafficking scheme.

The videos were so horrific, so damning, that multiple states moved to BAN any state tax dollars from going to the multinational abortion giant. But Planned Parenthood wasn’t going to take such a massive loss of income sitting down. Instead, their high-priced attorneys started suing the states that had banned public funding of the abortion giant’s gristmills.

The U.S. Supreme Court has now stepped in, announcing it will hear Kerr v. Planned Parenthood South Atlantic. Liberty Counsel is already preparing briefs.

How bad were Sandra’s videos?

One doctor had perfected dissecting babies who were capable of living outside the womb to harvest their organs. She demanded higher prices for baby livers, declaring “I want a Lamborghini.”

Another horror was revealed when a doctor bragged that she had become “pretty good” at crushing the babies’ heads and abdomens to kill them without damaging the more expensive baby organs that could be harvested.

Then-CA Attorney General (and regular Planned Parenthood campaign funding recipient) Kamala Harris even seized the videos in a shady attempt to prevent anyone from seeing the full horror of what Sandra documented.

God bless the State of Texas because as soon as Sandra’s videos were proven true, Texas almost immediately moved to defund Planned Parenthood.

In fact, Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton specifically cited Sandra’s videos as the reason the State banned Planned Parenthood from receiving any Texas taxpayer dollars.

“Undercover video plainly showed Planned Parenthood admitting to morally bankrupt and unlawful conduct, including violations of federal law by manipulating the timing and methods of abortions to obtain fetal tissue for their own research,” Paxton said. “Planned Parenthood is not a ‘qualified’ provider under the Medicaid Act, and it should not receive public funding through the Medicaid program.”

Planned Parenthood sued, of course, tying the Texas law up in the courts for years. But the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals eventually sided with Texas. The state’s ban on funding Planned Parenthood with taxpayer dollars still stands.

Then, in 2018, SC Gov. Henry McMaster signed an executive order ruling that abortion clinics are not qualified to receive state Medicaid funding. South Carolina “has a strong culture and longstanding tradition of protecting and defending the life and liberty of unborn children.”

So, Planned Parenthood thought they would try their luck in another court. They sued again in Kerr v. Planned Parenthood South Atlantic. The High Court will now decide if states may ban Planned Parenthood from receiving state taxpayer dollars.

Planned Parenthood claims it is protected by federal law under Medicaid’s “any qualified provider” language.

But as Sandra’s videos proved, Planned Parenthood — along with its baby-butchering doctors and human organ trafficking executives — is more qualified for prison than as a “medical provider.”

Their outrageous admissions about violating state and federal laws banning partial birth abortions — which Sandra caught on film — should absolutely preclude the abortion gristmills from ever receiving another taxpayer dollar.
