NYPD congestion toll enforcement racks up nearly 200 tickets, 3 arrests and 27 vehicles seized —in just two days
Cops say 82 two people were issued summonses on Tuesday and another 113 ticketed between 6 a.m. and 12 p.m. on Wednesday as officers launched an enforcement effort within the newly established congestion zone, which encompasses all areas below 60th Street – effectively all of Manhattan south of Central Park.
