Environmental activist from Arcadia, La. missing since Dec. 21
ARCADIA, La. (KTAL/KMSS) -- An Arcadia man is missing after last being seen at a funeral in Dubberly, Louisiana on Dec. 21.
Chela, Hagar's beloved dog, was found in Ruston on Sunday. Chala was with Hagar when he was seen on Dec. 21.
Ron Hagar, 73, drives a silver 2004 Toyota Tacoma.
Hagar is well-known throughout Louisiana for his environmental activism. He was involved in a citizens group that fought to protect local citizens from a burn chamber once located at Camp Minden.
Hagar has also been involved in protecting Louisiana wetlands.
