Where Is Nicole Kidman’s ‘Got Milk?’ Campaign
Thanks to Babygirl, Nicole Kidman now has to worry about fans sending her a glass of milk from across the bar wherever she goes. But at the National Board of Review Awards Gala in New York City on January 7, Kidman beat us all to the bit. While accepting her award for Best Actress, she slayed the crowd with some phenomenal prop work, saying, “I’m going to raise a glass of milk to all of the Babygirls in the room,” toasting the beverage that plays a pivotal role in the film, and chugging the entire thing in less than five seconds (we timed it). “Good girl,” she concluded, since Harris Dickinson wasn’t there to say it for her.
The crowd was so thrilled by the bit that hardly anybody could be disappointed that she and her The Perfect Couple co-star Liev Schreiber, who presented her with the award, didn’t do the dance from the show’s opening credits. That Meghan Trainor song was the original “Father Figure” if you think about it. With awards season now in full swing, there’s no telling how many glasses of milk Kidman will have to drink on this press tour. Maybe she’ll even do a “Got Milk?” ad campaign. And if she gets sick of chugging, she can always switch over to those strawberry candies. In any case, we should plan to see a lot of more of the pervert’s beverage this awards season.
