'What a horrible place!' Trump attacks America in rambling speech
President-elect Donald Trump was set to announce foreign investments in the United States Tuesday, but his speech quickly descended into a ramble that touched on a huge variety of topics including gas heaters, windmills, the Panama Canal — and the electoral system.
"We won the popular vote by millions and millions of people. Nobody even knows how many people," Trump incorrectly stated.
The Associated Press shows a final result of 77,303,573 votes for Trump and 75,019,257 votes for Kamala Harris.

"And they're still counting in some areas," Trump said. "You know they're still counting the vote in some areas?"
There is a deadline for certification of votes counted. Some dates are mandated by their state constitutions, CBS News reported. The latest date on the books is Oregon, which requires ballot counting to be completed by Dec. 12. Pennsylvania and Rhode Island don't have deadlines in their state, but all states must be passed along to Congress for official certification on Jan. 6.
"Can you believe this? What a place. What a horrible place," Trump added about the United States. "One of the things we're going to do is we've got to fix the election so we get honest counts and they get done by 10 in the evening or something thereabouts. There are places where they're still counting votes."
