WICHITA, Kan. (KSNW) - This video shows the power of the blizzard-producing storm system as it moved into Kansas early Sunday.
KSN Chief Meteorologist Lisa Teachman caught a video in Wichita at 2:44 a.m. Sunday of freezing rain, thunder and lightning. Teachman says the storm had a brief burst of sleet, but it turned back to freezing rain. By later in the day, the precipitation changed to snow, producing blizzard conditions across the state.
