Nick Ferrari reveals he’s engaged at 65 after South Of France proposal to partner of ten years
NICK Ferrari has announced the very exciting news that he’s engaged to his partner Clare Patterson, after ten years together.
The radio host and broadcast journalist appeared on This Morning to share the news with presenters Ben Shephard and Cat Deeley.

Nick told the show hosts that it’d happened over Christmas, in a restaurant in the South of France.
He also said Clare had a part in designing her engagement ring, and the playful way they worked together on creating it.
Nick told Ben and Cat: “I am engaged to be wed to Claire. We had the most idyllic Christmas and we’d been to Lapland and had a brilliant time.
“Then we were down in the South of France and after ten years together I said she can make an honest man out of me.”
Nick continued: “I did it at our favourite restaurant in the South of France and I wanted her to play a role in designing her engagement ring.
“So we went along to a DIY store and kept getting down on one knee.”
LBC radio presenter Nick regularly appears on This Morning.
In the past, he has worked as a news reporter on the Sunday Mirror and editor of The Sun’s Bizarre.
During his time reporting showbiz he interviewed Roger Moore on the set of James Bond hit Octopussy – and even appeared as an extra in the film.
Nick has also worked at the Daily Mirror as assistant editor and as features editor of the News Of The World’s Sunday magazine.
