Bears' 2025 opponents set, including games against Steelers, Commanders, Ravens, Eagles
GREEN BAY, Wis. — In addition to navigating the daunting NFC North, the Bears will face some of the best teams from around the NFL next season. That could include the return of former quarterback Justin Fields when the Steelers come to town.
It's a certainty the Bears will host the Steelers next season, though it's unknown whether they'll face Fields, whom they traded to Pittsburgh in March for a sixth-round pick. Fields started the Steelers' first six games while veteran Russell Wilson was hurt, going 4-2, and posted a 93.9 passer rating before they went back to Wilson.
Fields and Wilson both will be unrestricted free agents in March.
The Bears drafted Fields No. 11 overall in 2021, and he played three seasons for them before they traded him and drafted Caleb Williams first overall in 2024.
The 2025 season will feature eight home games for NFC teams and nine for AFC teams, and the Bears would remain in play to be the visiting team for an international game. The league is debuting in Madrid next season, and the Bears have marketing rights there.
The NFL typically announces dates and times in May.
