Jacqueline, 32, who plays EastEnders’ Lauren Branning, later walked out on Towie star Dan, 33, after learning he’d sent her a flirty message.
The couple are back on track, but had another knock last summer when two robbers broke into their villa in Marbella and stole £20,000 of jewellery and belongings
Gabby will join a string of other show legends for ITV’s All Stars series, which begins on January 13 on ITV2.
A source said: “Gabby being back in the spotlight is the last thing Jac and Dan need and will no doubt bring back memories for Jac.
“Gabby did not reply to the message, but has been seen as ‘the other woman’.”
Dan and Gabby both denied anything happened.
Jac and Dan married in 2017 and share daughters Ella, nine, and Mia, five, as well as Dan’s son Teddy, ten, from a previous relationship.
Gabby joins Luca Bish, Olivia Hawkins and Curtis Pritchard on the All Stars in Cape Town, South Africa.
An ITV spokeswoman said: “Any names suggested are speculation until our line-up is officially announced.”
