Stacey Solomon shares resolution for 2025 as she urges fans to ‘hold me accountable’ & she’s already off to a good start
IT’S that time of the year where our attention turns to the New Year and what our resolutions will be – if you want to improve your life.
Some decide to ditch the booze, at least for Dry January, others to start reading more – or perhaps to take up a new hobby.
The Loose Women panellist, 35, took to Instagram to reveal her resolution for 2025[/caption] The mum-of-five urged her fans to hold her accountable – and she’s already off to a good start[/caption] The Sort Your Life Out star showed off her brand new gym gear, which included gorgeous pastel sets[/caption]Numerous celebs and our favourite stars have been taking to social media to share how the plan on bettering themselves in 2025 – and mum-of-five Stacey Solomon is no exception.
The Sort Your Life Out presenter and Loose Women panellist, 35, revealed to her 6million Instagram followers that this year is all about improving her health.
Stacey, who first shot to fame after appearing on X Factor in 2009, shared a series of Instagram Stories on her platform where she showed off her drawers full to the brim with brand new gym gear.
The cleanfluencer chuckled and said that ”hopefully” the colourful sports leggings and tops will be enough to ”motivate” her ”to get back into the gym in 2025”.
Filming the monster pile of gorgeous gym attire, which ranged from baby pink sets to red garments, Stacey said: ”I realise it looks like I am some kind of @Oneractive ambassador.
”I’m not (I wish). I just think they’re the comfiest, most supportive clothes for the gym.
”So many gym leggings fall down when running or dig in – whereas these support me properly while still being really comfy.
”I got obsessed with collecting the pretty colour ways,” the Stacey explained her brand new obsession.
Once the mum-of-five had neatly packed all the gym clothes into the drawers, it was time ”to put these pretty colours to use”.
With a bright new mindset and full of motivation, Stacey told her followers that she had already gone for a run this morning before her and Joe’s five kids woke up.
”I got up and went for a run. Proud of me,” the mum said, sharing a mirror selfie where she was wearing a stunning purple workout set and posing with a thumbs-up.
”But also counting on you guys to hold me accountable,” she chuckled.
It comes just days after Stacey and Joe, 42, announced their huge new TV gig.
The Loose Women presenter, who last year launched a kids’ range at Primark, revealed that she and Joe will star in a new TV documentary series following their life with five kids.

The X Factor (2009): Stacey competed in series six of long-running ITV singing competition The X Factor. During her time in the show, she was mentored by Danni Minogue in the ‘Girls’ category. The star finished in third place, behind Joe McElderry and Olly Murs.
I’m A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here (2010); In late 2010, Stacey headed to the infamous I’m A Celeb Aussie jungle. After 21 days, she triumphed to win the tenth series. It was through I’m A Celeb that she met future husband Joe Swash – who’d won two years earlier and was hosting the ITV2 spinoff.
Celebrity Juice (2011―2013, 2016―2019): The star appeared as a panellist on 21 episodes of the comedy panel game show hosted by Keith Lemon. Stacey was a regular in the 21st series, broadcast in 2019.
Loose Women (2016 – present): Stacey has been a permanent panel member of the daytime show since 2016. She previously made guest appearances in 2011 and 2012.
Sort Your Life Out (2022 -present): This BBC show sees Stacey, with the help of an expert team, transform participants’ living spaces after removing clutter.
Stacey wrote: “A new year. A very new adventure. Coming Spring 2025. We’ve been so nervous & excited to share this. Here is us. All of us.
“In 2024 we opened up our home & made a series about our lives, family, work & everything in between. It was a huge leap into the unknown & it’s been an absolute whirlwind making it. But last year as a family we decided to say yes to more & do things we’d never done.
The Sort Your Life Out host continued: “We have spoken about making a documentary for a long time, lots of you have asked too. So here we go.
“A journey with us every second of the way. Through the laughter the tears & the craziness… “
She then promised fans: “We hope it makes you smile, feel good & hopefully enjoy getting to know us all a little more.”
The show will air on BBC and be titled, Stacey and Joe.
