Next weather system spreads through Oregon Sunday
PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) -- After Saturday's moderate rainfall, Sunday's weather should dry out in the morning hours and last into the afternoon hours.
The next system arrives Sunday evening, bringing with it more Willamette Valley rain and mountain snow above 4,000 feet. However, this system is aimed mostly at central and southern Oregon. Nevertheless, rain will spread north through the Willamette Valley and should arrive in the Portland area around time for Sunday dinner.
After Sunday night's rain, a ridge of high pressure builds in on Monday and we have a very nice stretch of dry and sunny weather coming for the rest of the week.
The next chance of rainfall is not expected until next weekend.
