And with lots of new vegan products out there, this year could be easier than ever.
Studies have found a vegan diet can lead to weight loss, but also reduce your risk of serious illnesses such as heart disease and cancer.

GIVE PROTEIN LEVELS A PICK-ME-UP
Myvegan’s Impact Vegan Protein comes in a variety of flavours including chocolate, white chocolate raspberry and chocolate salted caramel[/caption]KEEPING protein levels up can be tricky if you don’t eat meat, so you may want to consider a protein powder.

All were delicious, though I did find the strawberry a bit weak and grainy.
It’s made from pea and fava beans and delivers around 21g protein per 30g serving, plus 108kcal, 0.8g fat and 0g sugar.
You can mix it with shakes, water or plant milk or add to cereal, pancakes, yoghurts and more.
I found using this for a week really boosted my energy, especially on the days I exercised.

TEX-MEX BITES
