Holly Willoughby buys new 6-bed property for 7-figure sum without mortgage after leaving old home following kidnap plot
TELLY favourite Holly Willoughby paid £8million for her new home — and did not need a mortgage.
She and her husband Dan Baldwin bought the six-bed property after moving out of the £3million London home targeted in a murder plot.

Holly, 43, and TV producer Dan, 49, are currently having work carried out on the residence, including increasing space and adding security.
A source said: “It’s a fresh start after a challenging year and an opportunity to put a nightmare behind them.
“The house is undergoing building work so it will be like new and perfect for their needs.”
Mum-of-three Holly ended her 14-year stint on ITV’s This Morning in October 2023 after the kidnap and murder plot emerged.
Evil Gavin Plumb, 37, of Harlow, Essex, was caught trying to recruit an accomplice online who turned out to be an undercover cop. He got three life sentences.
Holly will return to screens this year as host of Netflix competition show Celebrity Bear Hunt, also featuring Bear Grylls.
As well as her TV work, Holly runs lifestyle company Wylde Moon, while hubby Dan has a lucrative BBC deal to make the revamped Gladiators.
