Elliot Cadeau’s 4-point play gives North Carolina win at Notre Dame

It looked like Hubert Davis and North Carolina might be heading for yet another loss on the road.
Then Elliot Cadeau saved the day.
The New Jersey native hit a corner 3-pointer and then an ensuing free throw with 4 seconds remaining after being fouled by Matt Allocco to give North Carolina a 74-73 win at Notre Dame.

The Irish had one more chance to win it for the Irish (7-7) but Markus Burton (23 points) could not convert in the paint as time expired.
New York City native Ian Jackson went for a career-high 27 points for the Tar Heels (9-6).
Cadeau finished with 10 points and 6 assists while battling foul trouble. RJ Davis struggled and managed just 8 points with 6 assists.
