I’m the UK’s ‘youngest property baron’ at just 16 – I dropped out of school but now I make £12,000 in 3 DAYS
AN ASPIRING boxer who has just battled cancer has declared himself the UK’s youngest property entrepreneur.
At just 16 years old, Kaine Harris, made a whopping £12,000 in just three days – leaving his mum astonished.

Kaine admitted that he struggled to pay attention in class and found school “boring”.
He said that he was a “bad pupil” and would never turn up on time.
That was when he was diagnosed with Hodgkin lymphoma – a form of blood cancer.
Kaine told CheshireLive: “I had a big lump in my neck and everywhere I went, even on a bus or a train, people would say you’ve got a lump, you need to get it checked out.”
Just days after winning a Battleground junior boxing title in Stoke-on-Trent, his world was shattered by the diagnosis.
When he was 15 he became interested in property and watched videos on TikTok posted by Samuel Leeds, a multimillionaire property developer.
Just like Kaine, Samuel had also left school at 16 and now at 33 years old is worth £20million.
Taking a punt and not expecting a reply, Kaine messaged Samuel on Instagram.
To Kaine’s surprise, Samuel replied and he was impressed by his motivation and Kaine enrolled on a £1 property crash course in Birmingham.
After finishing his GCSEs and leaving school, Kaine asked Samuel if he could enroll on his property academy.
As he was too young to apply for a loan himself, his nan kindly offered to loan him money for the course.
Just one week after joining the academy he sold a property deal for £4,000.
“I sold a property deal for £4,000 to an investor. I went to view the place and worked out it would be a 25 per cent return on investment,” he said.
“If I had had the money at the time I would have put it into this, but I also knew some investors by just being at the courses and speaking to people.
I became a landlord aged 24 – people always vilify us & think we’re seedy for making £70k… but it’s really hard
By Jon Rogers
A MAN who became a landlord aged 24 has claimed that while the job is vilified and he can make a lot of money, it’s actually really hard.
After Mark graduated from university he decided to live at his parents for a few years and save up enough money while working so he and his brother could buy a flat together.
But the only property they could afford was in a not very salubrious area of London, where they weren’t prepared to live.
So instead of buying it for themselves, they rented it out and Mark was a landlord at the age of 24.
Despite being in a financially lucrative position, he told Vice: “It was pretty stressful for someone who was 24 years old.”
It did have its benefits though, with Mark adding: “Well, you know… I made a lot of profit. I made 60 or 70k when it came to [selling it], which was a huge amount of money.”

“So, I said, well I haven’t got the cash, so do you want it? Just give me £4,000 for doing all the numbers and stuff. I’ll help you out with everything. I got £4,000 that night.”
He had to convince his mum that he’d earned the money after she worried he’d been dragged into a scam.
It didn’t take Kaine long to start climbing up the ladder and after three months he’d made £14,500 on the academy.
He now controls two rental properties in Wolverhampton and London, as well as a hotel in Blackpool.
Kaine recently shared a selfie of him and his dog on Instagram where he said: “Yes 12k in 3 days!!!!!!
“My business has turned over 12k this month and it’s the first 3 days of the year.
“I’m 16. Most people who doubted me a year ago are going back to school next week.”
Samuel has spoken of his pride about his young apprentice, adding that he’s never met a 16-year-old working in property.
The entrepreneur is making £4,000 to £5,000 a month from his work.
His goal is to help his 59-year-old nan, who works nine to five on minimum wage, to retire.
Kaine is now cancer free and has his sights set on returning to the boxing ring again this year.
He now manages three properties and believes he’s the youngest property entrepreneur in the UK[/caption]
