30 dogs arrive: HHHS reports it's being overrun
TOPEKA (KSNT) - The Helping Hands Humane Society of Topeka has been overrun with new dogs, most of them are strays. Now the animal shelter is asking for help.
On Friday, Jan. 3, the HHHS of Topeka shared on social media that they will be offering 50% off of dog adoption fees until Jan. 5. The shelter said it's looking for heroes to conquer the "Game of Homes" after 30 new dogs arrived.
"The dogs are ready. The question is: are you their Jon Snow, or will you leave them to face the cold alone?" the HHHS of Topeka wrote on social media, referencing a Game of Thrones character.
