Vicky Pattison hailed ‘stunning’ for showing real body after Christmas where she ‘drank like sailor & ate like caveman’
VICKY Pattison has been praised for showing off her real body after a “really nice Christmas” where she “drank like a sailor and ate like a caveman.”
Over the past few weeks many of us have likely been indulging ourselves in our favourite foods and drinks, as a well deserved end of year treat.

Taking to Instagram, Vicky, 36, shared an image of herself in a beige bra and pants sat on the floor with her legs crossed.
The makeup-free beauty looked stunning as she beamed at the camera, showing off her natural body.
Captioning the photo, the reality star said: “This is not a ‘before’ picture.. in a couple of weeks there’ll be no bright shiny ‘after’ picture that I proudly show off.
“This is just my body after a really nice Christmas- and I’d hazard a guess that most bodies look a little bit different after the festive season. And that is ok, in fact it’s perfectly normal.
“We spend all year rushing round, working hard, trying to eat well & do everything that we’re meant to be doing… we deserve a little bit of time at Christmas to just let our hair down!
“Eat chocolate for breakfast, enjoy a baileys, wallop our body weight in pigs in blankets..
“And naturally after that, our bodies will look a bit different.”
She continued: “But don’t allow that to change how you see yourself.
“It is perfectly natural for bodies to change & fluctuate and we shouldn’t punish ourselves for enjoying our Christmas holidays!
“That time spent doing very little, snuggled on the sofa with your dogs, relaxing with your family, eating selection boxes with your kids.. it’s special and you shouldn’t feel any guilt for that.”
Vicky urged people not to compare themselves to others on social media, and to be kinder to themselves.
She said: “I’ve no doubt social media will be awash with everyone’s resolutions & promises of lifestyle overhauls, pictures of half naked perfect bods and everything else that might make you feel a certain type of way about yourself & your Christmas squish but please, drone out the noise & be kind to yourself.
“I intend to move my body abit more in January, drink abit less & make some more ethical decisions regarding my diet (none of this should be hard btw considering over the last week I’ve drank like a sailor, ate like a caveman and only rolled off the sofa when I needed more cheese!)
Vicky Pattison's Career History
Geordie Shore (2011-2014): Vicky Pattison first gained public attention as a cast member of the MTV reality series. The show, which premiered in 2011, chronicles the lives of a group of young adults living together in Newcastle upon Tyne. Vicky quickly became one of the standout personalities on the show due to her outspoken nature. She remained a key cast member until her departure in 2014.
Ex on the Beach (2014): In 2014, Vicky Pattison joined the first ever season of Ex on the Beach, an MTV reality series that brings together singles and their ex-partners for a dramatic beachside experience. She navigated complicated relationships and explosive confrontations, particularly with her ex-boyfriend, Ricci Guarnaccio, who also appeared on the series. Sharing a message of self-love, she continued: “You don’t have to have everything figured out this week & be back in your jeans feeling a million dollars- we’ve got 365 chances to make our lives what we want them to be & time to get ourselves back to feeling our best..
“Make sure you’re enjoying your journey, being kind to yourself & most of all just working towards being happy & healthy.. & that looks different on everyone.”
