Hungover Katherine Ryan admits calling MEDICS to her house after boozing on New Year’s Eve saying ‘I’m an embarrassment’
KATHERINE Ryan has admitted that her celebrations to toast the New Year had taken an unexpected turn the following day.
The comedian took to her Instagram stories to tell her followers why she believed she was ‘an embarrassment’ to her family.
Posting a picture of her lying in bed with her daughter she captioned it: “DO NOT RECOMMEND HANGOVERS with small children.”
She then revealed she had to call for some post New Year’s Eve assistance.
“Had to call a medic today to bring a vitamin and anti-sickness IV over because I am an embarrassment to this family and now I CBA if she goes to sleep or not.”
The TV star was referring to her one-old daughter Fenna, who was lying in bed with her watching television.
Katherine is known for her honesty and speaks openly about her experiences with motherhood.
She shares two children Fenna Grace, 14 months and Fred, two, with her partner Bobby Kootstra as well as Violet 14, with ex-boyfriend Alex Edelman.
The 40-year-old stand-up star has admitted her children come first, previously telling Lorraine Kelly she likes to spend as much time as possible with them, which includes co-sleeping.
Speaking to Lorraine last year she discussed the release of her docu-series, Katherine Ryan: Parental Guidance, telling the presenter: “The series is about doing it your way and my way isn’t the way for every family.”
The series sees the comedian and mother-of-three explore out-of-the-box parenting ideas while meeting families across the UK who are living and breathing them.
Speaking of her own parenting style she said: “I personally co-sleep, I spend so much time with my kids and I’m an attachment parent.”
“I potty-trained them really really young which was controversial, I carry them everywhere.
“Maybe my marriage takes a back seat because of the co-sleeping.”
