A BRUTAL Celebrity Gladiators battle left Louise Minchin with a bloody nose.
The former BBC Breakfast star, 56, went up against comedian Ellie Taylor in this special instalment.
Meanwhile, the Collision challenge saw Louise carry balls across a bridge as four Gladiators tried to stop her by swinging across.
Although she earned an impressive eight points, a hit to the face led to a bloody nose.
Speaking to host Bradley Walsh afterwards, Louise asked: “Am I bleeding?”
To which he replied: “You got a little graze. It was for your suffering.”
Louise had a two second head start on Ellie before they faced the iconic Eliminator.
After Louise struggled with the first hurdle, Ellie capitalised to claim victory.
Speaking to Bradley, she said: “I can’t believe I’ve just done that.
“I had such a wonderful time here with Louise, I’m really proud of myself.”
On the men’s side, comedian Rob Beckett faced The Masked Singer host Joel Dommett.
Before tackling the Eliminator, Rob had been trailing by half a second.
Although both successfully scaled the cargo net, Joel reached the top of the travelator first and became Gladiators celebrity champion.
Speaking to Barney afterwards, he said: “It was so tough, I knew Rob was there the entire time.
“We’ve been so scared all day of that cargo net we’re both absolutely petrified of heights, the fact that we both did that I just feel like we’ve overcome something, it’s amazing.
“I’ve dreamed of going up that travelator since I was nine years old and hearing the crowd roar and going up that travelator its like genuinely a dream come true.
“Thank you so much for having me, it’s been a pleasure.”
