JESS Wright has revealed her ‘anxiety’ from being mum-shamed by plane passengers after her son threw a giant tantrum mid-air.
Former Towie star Jess, 39, shared a photo of two-year-old Presley gazing adorably at the craft’s window as she told fans of his bad behaviour.
Taking to her Instagram Stories, the TV personality wrote: “When you look innocent AF but have been an absolute F***er the whole flight.
“Flying with a toddler BOY is NO JOKE. And NOT for the faint hearted. The judgement I felt on this flight & anxiety makes me wonder if it’s all worth it. Is this normal.
“And yes I had a few wines before we’d landed.”
Later on, Jess shared some screenshots of her responses, writing: “Safe to say. We’re NOT ALONE And there’s hundreds more.”
Despite his sometimes challenging behaviour, Jess recently revealed her gentle parenting style, admitting that she’ll never get angry with Presley or call him naughty.
The influencer told how she is learning to be a more patient mum to her ‘lively’ little boy, even though he can test her resolve.
In an interview with MailOnline, she said in October: “Telling off back in our day is very different to what it is now.”
“We’re not to say the word naughty. It’s all about saying kind hands and all these different phrases you have to learn.
“He’s an extremely lively little boy, he’s not placid. He’s very determined and he’s got a lot of energy.
“It does take it out of you and I have got some help with my family and my husband is very hands on.”
The singer shares her son with her businessman husband of three years, William Lee Kemp.
In August, she bravely revealed that Presley had been diagnosed with a rare congenital heart disease called Bicuspid Aortic valve, which will see him require open surgery at least twice in his life.
The reality star was supported by fans as she shared the news to Instagram.
Speaking exclusively to The Sun at the NTAs, Jess later assured that he’s doing well but will need ongoing regular checkups.
She said: “He’s good, it’s an eight-to-twelve week check up for the forseeable so it’s going to be really tough.
“It’s been tough but I’ve had such an amazing response. When we first found out, we kept it to ourselves.
“We were kind of grieving the news, which sounds really morbid, but it’s something you have to accept and forever know that this is going to be life now.
“But, after that the response we’ve had… it’s really nice to know and comforting.”
When Jess shared Presley’s health confition, the proud mum said: “Something he was born with & happens to a small 1% of us. Essentially, instead of having three leaflets in his aortic valve, like most, he only has two.
“This condition affects how blood flows from the heart to the rest of the body and will require monitoring & care over time.
“I won’t go into the full details right now, but while this is please God not a fatal disease, we are coming to terms with the fact that our son will need intervention at least twice in his life.
“By intervention I mean open heart surgery. Saying those words out loud physically hurts my soul.”
The star continued: “We know that Presley is strong and resilient.
“With the help of modern day medicine, Presley will live as normal life as the next child, we hope & pray.
“I also know that this platform will help me share & get information, express my feelings, find answers to questions, & provide much-needed support and knowledge to others in need.
“I would love to hear from any other parents who are navigating this unknown & very scary territory, as knowledge is power & it is a comfort to know that we are not alone.”
How to make travelling with kids a breeze

It might sound simple, but it’s a good idea to pack a LOT of snacks. Think of how much you might need, and double it. After all, it doesn’t matter if you have too much – your kids can eat it another time – but it will be a big issue if you run out. There are also snack boxes with lots of little dividers that are great for long journeys as kids can pick at those throughout.
Entertainment
This covers a whole range of things – from a tablet to watch films or play games if you’ve got older kids, to books and colouring. It’s advisable to pack a variety of options, especially if you’re on a long journey or have various legs on your haul.
Toys
If you’ve got a baby or a toddler, there are some sensory-type toys you can buy that can really help keep little ones entertained. These include ones that you stick on the windows of a plane, or on a tray on a highchair, that they can spin and play with to their hearts’ content.
Equipment
There are a whole host of things on the market that aim to make sleeping on a plane loads easier. These include a hammock that you can attack to your tray which hangs down to put your feet on. You can also get blow up cushions to turn a seat into a bed for littles, and neck cushions that boast you will be able to use for a decent night’s sleep wherever you are.

Don’t underestimate how entertaining you are to your kids. Learn some games you can play with them, and songs you can sing, as kids always love the opportunity to have one-on-one time with their parents.
