Inside Coronation Street star Jack P Shepherd’s cosy £500 a night Cheshire spa stay with stunning fiancee Hanni Treweek
CORONATION Street star Jack P Shepherd enjoyed some much needed downtime after a hectic Christmas on the cobbles by heading to a spa with his fiancée.
Jack and Hanni Treweek, who got engaged during a romantic safari in June, checked into the luxury Spa at the Manor House Hotel in East Cheshire to unwind.
And if the photos are anything to go by, some rest and relaxation are just what the doctor ordered for the pair, who enjoyed massages and a day at the pool before heading to a romantic dinner.
Both Jack and Hanni shared pictures and videos of their day away, with Jack – most famed as David Platt on the ITV soap – seen lying back in the pool with his eyes closed.
While Hanni donned a red bikini to spend some time in the sauna, Jack kept an eye on the fireplace in one of the hotel’s bespoke robes.
In the caption of the pic collection, Jack wrote: “spa weekend away with my fiancée, a well earned break to get those invisible knots out.”
Hanni also shared snaps from their romantic getaway, writing on Instagram: “your sign to book some R&R after the festive szn,” alongside explanations of every picture.
This included her sharing pictures of the open fire by the pool, the swim-up bar, Jack after getting a massage, and their dinner by candlelight.
One picture shows Jack beaming, which she simply called: “My love”.
Fans were delighted that Jack and Hanni were embracing some deserved self-care ahead of the new year – although Brooke Vincent, who played Sophie Webster on the soap, couldn’t help but poke a little fun at her close pals.
She replied in the comments: “I always think though like other people going home saying ah ye I was in the jacuzzi with David Platt hahaha it really tickles me”
One fan wrote: “You are a beautiful couple. I wish you lots of happiness and good health for 2025. It will be such a special year for you both.”
“Great shots. Hope you both had a great time,” said a second, while a third added: “You’re looking really great & love the new hair do, way to go Jack & HNY”
“That place looks perfect. I could soooo do with that right now. On the list now x,” added an envious fourth follower.
Jack and Hanni’s time away comes after they confirmed this Christmas was “the last they’ll spend as Mr and Miss” as they prepare to tie the knot next year.
The couple have been together since 2017, meeting when Hanni was working in the Coronation Street press office.
David has been a member of the Corrie cast since 2000 as the troubled David Platt.
Jack proposed during a safari break earlier this year, where they spent two weeks visiting Tanzania to go on safari in the Serengeti before flying to Zanzibar for a luxury beach break.
He had said in an interview as early as 2020 that he was ready for Hanni to be his wife, but wanted to go at their own pace and “not scare her off”.
Jack’s since revealed his plans to start a family with Hanni once they’ve made it down the aisle.
