Who even am I?
My NYE outfit always consists of comfies on the couch, but this year I want to go all-out glam for a neighbour’s party.
My go-to is usually a tux for this kind of thing, but this year I have grown out my cropped hair, so I’m trying a slinky dress for a change!
This dress is totally out of my comfort zone, but sometimes you just have to push yourself.

See-ya sequins!
This New Year, I’m heading to an animal-print themed 40th, and this sixties silhouette mini does the trick.
I love a flattering square neckline and a long sleeve – which is great for gazing at fireworks outside come midnight.
With chunky platforms for height and comfort, this look has me sorted.

I love any excuse to put my glad rags on!
This year I’ll be at a dinner party, so I’ve opted for something comfortable yet still glam.
This bright-pink skirt from M&S adds a pop of colour, plus I know I’ll be able to wear it well into the year ahead.
I’ve paired it with this gorge puff-sleeve top from Very, silver kitten heels as I don’t need anything too high, and a beaded bag, to ring in the New Year in comfortable style.

I’ll be ringing in the New Year at my best friend’s house party.
I love a co-ord, and this velvet set from River Island is the perfect blend of comfort and style.
The velvet fabric is so comfortable, while the sequin embellishments add the perfect touch of glam.
If you’re planning to face the chill, it pairs beautifully with tights, while these heels are hands-down the most comfortable pair I own.
They go with everything and the bow detail is so cute.
Happy New Year!
