2 men shot while getting off Q subway train at Brooklyn station: NYPD
BRONX, N.Y. (PIX11) – Two men were shot as they got off a Q train at a Brooklyn subway station on Saturday, according to the NYPD.
It happened at the Avenue U subway station around 3 p.m. A 21-year-old man and an 18-year-old man were approached by two suspects, who were then accused of firing multiple rounds, police said.
The 21-year-old was shot in the left leg and the 18-year-old had gunshot wounds to his right arm and torso, according to authorities. Both were taken to local hospitals.
The suspects fled the station on foot, police said.
