“Coming to end of this year feeling grateful, strong, happy and proud!
“I have worked really hard on myself this year in more ways than one and an integral part of that process included throwing myself fully into my work…”
The fitness pro continued: “I have had the pleasure of working with so many amazing women this year, joining them on their wellness journeys, helping them create healthier, happier lifestyles, and providing the tools they need to sustain and continue progressing…
“I’m so proud of ALL of my members and what we’re achieving, and I am so grateful for you for giving me a job I LOVE! Couldn’t do life without yas!”
The blonde encouraged followers last week: “You do you baby.
“That is literally the only way you can take full control of your own happiness, confidence, career, success, confidence. You have to take life by the horns and do what feels right for you.
“Of course, sometimes it’s easier said than done, I would admittedly say it’s only this year that I have really truly listened to myself to be authentic to myself as best as I can in all areas of my life – work, love, self love, friendships.
“By no means have I mastered it, at all, but I feel like I am so much more in tune with myself and what I truly feel compared to however I have ever felt before.
“Simple things such as, starting running which I have always said wasn’t for me has been such an integral part of my journey this year!
“I would confidently say it has played a huge part in balancing my mental health and would recommend it to anybody who has a busy brain! Even just a jog for 15 minutes does wonders.
“Additionally, getting up early every day brings me so much fulfilment! I love the feeling of having the whole day ahead, and you better know I fill it up to the absolute brim every day.”
She admitted: “I love going out, it is a huge part of my personality, I love meeting new people, having a dance and getting dressed up obviously…
“But what I don’t love is the hangovers and unfortunately they hit me now like a sack of s***.
“I am so much more productive, work so much harder and efficiently when I’m not drinking, so I have learnt (still learning) to choose my battles!”
The former dancer was in a relationship with Ex on the Beach season 4 star Brandon Myers – but the pair have recently split after almost four years together.
The former Love Island star has deleted all traces of her ex on social media – while the two have unfollowed each other online.
The reality duo first confirmed their relationship on holiday in Ibiza in 2020.

“It was a slow burner. But this is VERY different to any relationship I’ve been in before.
“It puts most of my others to shame and I can’t believe what I put up with to how well I am respected and how loved I feel now.
“It puts everything into perspective when someone treats you right.”
Gabby made the final of Love Island with her ex-boyfriend Marcel Somerville and left the villa in fourth place.
They split in February 2018 after the former Blazin’ Squad rapper was unfaithful.
She went on to date The X Factor‘s Rak-Su star Myles Stephenson from 2018 until 2019 – but split when she allegedly caught him messaging other women.
The Liverpool born star previously said about her unhealthy habits: “I used to go through a cycle of binge eating and starving.
“I used to obsessively count and allow myself very low calories, then get so hungry I’d binge on SH***.
“I used to do fad diets like juice plus and then binge again. I used to go out and drink four bottles of wine, eat a Chinese on the way home, then have a fry up the next day and not move a muscle.
“I was miserable, I lacked structure, motivation, discipline and drive.”
