Brooklyn apartment complex will offer affordable units, some rents under $980
BROOKLYN, N.Y. (PIX11) – A new affordable housing apartment complex in Crown Heights will offer over 100 affordable units – some of the rents are under $980, according to the Housing Connect website.
Loden, the latest addition to New York City’s affordable housing website, will offer 143 units to households earning between $33,875 and $167,700. Studios, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom units will be available.
According to the details listed on the new complex, it will be surrounded by public transportation. The Nos. 2, 3, 4, and 5 trains and the B and Q subway lines will be within walking distance.
“Loden is neighboring the Brooklyn Botanical Gardens and Prospect Park,’ read the details on the listing. Loden offers residents thoughtfully designed apartment interiors, including an in-unit washer/dryer, dishwasher, and high-end appliances.”
Other amenities include a gym, a yoga studio, a media room, a roof terrace, and a parking garage. Prospective tenants will be responsible for electricity.
According to Housing Connect, rent will include heat, hot water, and cooking gas.
