He is facing eight separate claims of abuse following an alleged hotel attack in September.
These include assault occasioning bodily harm, impeding a person’s breathing by applying pressure to the neck, and sexual penetration without consent.
Filly is expected to enter a plea over the claims soon after the sex charges were adjourned to January 30, local media report.
He was seen entering Perth Magistrates Court today after being picked up by a speed camera on a Perth highway in November going over 100mph.
The car he was using has since been impounded.
Pictures show the online creator leaving a black car parked outside the courthouse.
He was wearing a plain white top and blue jeans with a flashy watch on his left wrist.
Reporters tried to speak with the rapper but he ignored the requests and walked straight into the building.
He was later seen holding his phone up to his ear as he again stayed silent.
The hearing also saw his bail conditions changed with Filly now only needing to report to Perth police station three times a week.
For the last few months the rapper has had to check in daily.
He is still banned from leaving Western Australia and can’t speak about the case online to his millions of followers.
The alleged assault
Court documents have revealed the moments leading up to the crimes police claim Filly committed.
The alleged victim, a university student, was with a friend in the VIP section of the Perth show Filly was performing.
She was said to have been drinking throughout the night until the early hours of the following day.
Once Filly had stopped performing and the club started to close the young woman is believed to have met up with the social media star.
The woman phoned her friend at around 5.31am – which detectives believe was immediately after the alleged assault, according to the documents.
Seamus Rafferty, Yung Filly‘s lawyer, claims the woman didn’t mention any form of sexual misconduct in the short conversation to the pal.
WA Police Prosecutor Julius Depetro says despite the video, figuring out “what happened within that room will be the issue”.
He also claims prosecutors have photographs of the alleged victim which show a “history of what we say is violent acts”.
Police arrested the rapper in Brisbane, on Australia’s east coast, and flew him six hours back across the Outback to Perth.
Footage showed Filly being escorted through Perth airport with his hands cuffed in front of him while flanked by two officials.
Further footage shows the influencer – who landed his own BBC show called Hot Property in 2019 – being placed in the back of a car.
The internet star was rapidly dropped by several brands and companies following the allegations.
FootAsylum, the Football Association (FA), Heinz and ASOS are among the biggest names to part ways with the internet personality.
