Posting on her YouTube channel, in her Day 10 Vlogmas clip, the blonde beauty went to a Gymshark fitness class with friends and then tucked into some lunch.
But upon arriving home to her £1million property, which has a laundry shoot and cinema, Saffron sat in front of a huge Christmas tree and opened up about the huge mistake she had made as a result of feeling stressed.
Saffron, who appeared in the 2019 series of Strictly Come Dancing and designed and oversaw the renovation of her property, which even features four secret doors, admitted: “I left my camera in the taxi and I’ve done this one too many times.
“I literally can’t believe it, the stress.
“I think it’s because I always have too much on my mind.
“I don’t think my brain actually ever, ever switches off. Honestly I don’t think it does, I don’t think it knows how to do that.”
Getting candid to her 2.4 million subscribers, the Brighton born YouTube star, who had her very own clothing line at Primark, then added: “I really need to find a way to just switch my mind off.
“I think with this job, the one thing about it is, you never switch off.
“Normally if you go to a 9 to 5 or something – which by the way, I’m not saying this is the hardest job ever because there are jobs that are 10 times harder than my job, I completely understand that – you then go home and you go to your home life.
“Whereas my home life is my job, so I’m constantly thinking about it.
“For that reason I never switch off.”
