Voters must carry EPIC card or any of 12 other authentic documents for voting: Ludhiana Deputy Commissioner
Ludhiana's District Election Officer announced that voters can use their EPIC or one of 12 alternative identity documents, including Aadhaar, passport, and driver's license, for the December 21st election. Minor discrepancies in voter cards won't prevent voting. Presiding officers have been trained to recognize these alternate documents. Voters are encouraged to primarily use their EPIC.
