AN ICONIC Nineties movie star was seen making a very rare appearance in Los Angeles 33 years after his hit film role.
The Danish actor, 76, who starred in the 1991 comedy-horror, picked up groceries as he ran errands at supermarket Trader Joes.

The screen star, who played butler Lurch in The Addams Family cast, packed his items in a bag for life as he made his way into his car.
He donned a light grey coat and matching wide rimmed hat, clipping his sunglasses to the front of his jacket.
He carried a cane in his right hand as he made his way from the store and into the car park.
Carel is best known the role of gentle giant Lurch and has since been typecast in a variety of telly and film projects because of his distinctive look.
His height is due to acromegaly, a disorder which results in the excess growth of parts of the body.
He went on to play the giant in Twin Peaks, Fidel in The Witches of Eastwick and Mr. Homn in Star Trek: The Next Generation.
An avid photographer and gardening fan, he is married to an American woman, whose identity he likes to keep private.
They live in Los Angeles with their two kids.
CAST REUNION
His outings came after he was spotted reuniting with the rest of The Addams Family cast back in October.
Carel joined Jimmy Workman (Pugsley), Christopher Lloyd (Uncle Fester), Anjelica Huston (Morticia) and Christina Ricci (Wednesday) at a meet up at Los Angeles Comic Con.
The Addams Family, originally a comic strip, was a hit TV series before the movie was released in 1991.
The sequel, Addams Family Values, came out two years later.
Sharing the pics online, Christopher wrote: “The family that haunts together, stays together.”
Raul Julia, who played the role of Addams Family patriarch Gomez, died in 1994.
Raul had been secretly battling stomach cancer for three years before his death and had undergone surgery for it.
There was also a Netflix spin-off, called Wednesday, in 2022.
OPENING UP
Carel has previously spoken out about rocketing to fame on The Addams Family.
He said: “It has been a revelation to discover how many people identify with the Addams Family.
“I guess people who have always felt a bit out of place in our society.”
Yet the star then told how he wasn’t a fan of horror films and said: “Not in general, but there are a few exceptions.”
The Twin Peaks actor added to devolutionmagazine.co.uk about his preferred roles and said: “I really don’t like to play menacing gangster types.
“Otherwise I will consider any character, as long as it is not grounded in reality too much.”
