Las Posadas on Olvera Street: A pre-procession activity for ages 3-12 is a children’s pinata, 6:30 p.m. Dec. 16 (and nightly through Dec. 24). Los Angeles County Holiday Celebration – Dorothy Chandler Pavilion: The 65th annual event includes choir groups, dance performances and music from around the world, 3-6 p.m. Dec. 24. Free admission. However, reservations for free tickets (limit of 4) are full. People who missed out on the RSVP, may line up in the standby line on the day of the performance. Enchanted – Forest of Light at Descanso Gardens: An interactive walk-through display of lights including an area of stained glass creations. Event is rain or shine through Jan. 5.
