Nintendo Switch Online adds two of the most popular games of all time for free
NINTENDO Switch Online is one of the best value gaming subscription services, with a very low annual price.
At just £17.99 / $19.99 for the year, Nintendo Switch Online is cheaper than a month of Xbox Game Pass Ultimate or PS Plus Premium.
Switch Online offers plenty of classic games for people to play[/caption]One of the other benefits of Nintendo Switch’s service is that it only ever adds games and never removes them.
There are almost 180 games available on Nintendo Switch Online, thanks to the addition of two of the most popular games of all time.
Tetris is the second most popular game of all time, just below the giant that is Minecraft.
Two versions of the popular block-dropping puzzle game have been added to the cheapest tier of Nintendo Switch Online.
Tetris for the NES is arguably the most popular version of Tetris among professional players, and is featured in some of the most popular tournaments.
The second Tetris game is Tetris DX for the Game Boy Colour, which was one of the most popular versions among casual gamers.
Both Tetris games are now available for Nintendo Switch Online subscribers, and you can play them in a few clicks.
Firstly, you have to download the NES or Game Boy app via the Nintendo eShop on your console, depending on which version of Tetris you want to try.
Then you can click on the game – or anything else that you fancy – and start playing.

Nintendo has been upping its game of late by adding more games than ever to Nintendo Switch Online over such a short period of time.
Over the last month, three Donkey Kong Land games and three Sega Mega Drive (Genesis) games have been added to the service, as well as the Tetris additions.
