Amber Alert issued for abducted child last seen in Houston
AUSTIN (KXAN) — The Harris County Sheriff’s Office said it was searching for a missing child, and the Texas Department of Public Safety also issued an Amber Alert for her abduction.
Nancy Argueta-Vasquez was described as a 16-year-old Hispanic girl last seen wearing a black shirt and green jeans.
Argueta-Vasquez was last seen at 1:58 a.m. Dec. 11 at 15100 block of Claypool Street in Houston, Texas.
Texas DPS said it was looking for 38-year-old Denis Munoz-Munguia, a Hispanic man, in connection with the abduction of the child.
DPS said Munoz-Munguia was believed to be driving a Brown Chevrolet Equinox bearing TX license plate VMD1391. He was last seen in Houston, according to law enforcement officials.
Law enforcement officials said they believe Argueta-Vasquez to be in grave or immediate danger.
