Massage parlor in Lindenhurst raided after numerous complaints: police
LINDENHURST, Long Island (PIX11) -- Two women are facing prostitution charges after a massage parlor in Lindenhurst was raided Wednesday afternoon.
The raid happened at the Casual Foot Spa at 200 Eat Montauk Highway around 3:35 p.m.
Police arrested Jing Lu, 52, and Jing Qiao, 41, both of Flushing, Queens. The two were charged with unauthorized practice of profession and prostitution.
The Village of Lindenhurst closed the business.
The raid was a result of numerous community complaints, according to officials. Lu and Qiao were given appearance tickets to First District Court in Central Islip at a later date.
