Livingston woman sentenced after shooting at NYSP trooper
HUDSON, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- A Livingston woman was sentenced for firing a gun at a state trooper in November 2020.
Madison Kreutzer was found guilty in August of attempted murder, reckless endangerment, criminal trespass, and prohibitions on the use and possession of a firearm. Officials said she fired at least two shots at a New York State Police trooper, who was responding to a trespassing report at a home in Gallatin. No injuries were reported.
The 38-year old was sentenced to 20 years in prison with five years post release supervision.
