Timothee Chalamet Reveals if He'll Ever Drop an Album After Bob Dylan Biopic, Talks Who Encouraged Him to Sing Live on Set
Timothee Chalamet is showing off his voice in his new Bob Dylan biopic A Complete Unknown. Does that mean that he’d ever consider a music career of his own?
The 28-year-old actor plays the music legend in the movie, which premieres on Christmas day. For the project, he sang Bob‘s music himself, which you can hear in a trailer for the movie.
While attending the movie’s Los Angeles premiere this week, Timothee revealed if he’d ever consider dropping an album.
He also revealed who we have to thank for him singing in the new movie.

Do not hold out hope for Timothee‘s debut album. Speaking to Variety, he said that he would “never” dabble into music like that.
As for who encouraged him to sing for A Complete Unknown, that would be costar Edward Norton.
“He was always the devil in my ear telling me to do these songs live,” he recalled. “We had these pre-records, but Edward was always sort of the counterweight to the 99 other voices that were saying not to.”
