We’re a family of 6 and have lived in a motor home for 3 years – people say it’s more elegant than their own homes
A COUPLE raising their four children on the road have shared a look inside their luxury motor home.
Lorna and Nick have been travelling with their family for the past three years, after renovating their tiny home on wheels.

The family revealed that they traded in their 40,000 square foot home for the unique lifestyle to prioritise family time while they travel the United States.
After carrying out a “huge renovation,” they moved into their 43-foot long vehicle.
The couple explained that they have become a more “tight-knit family” as a result.
They pointed out that they now spend more time together than ever, having previously been away from each other for up to 12 hours a day.
The area where they convene as a family most often is the combined kitchen and living area.
Lorna described the kitchen as one of the most important places the family wanted to renovate.
She explained that they love to cook and wanted to ensure the kitchen was fit for their family meals.
They added a “glorious butcher block countertop” as well as a larger sink and extra storage.
The mum-of-four pointed out that motor home fridges are usually quite small but pointed out that as a family-of-six they “needed a big mama jama in here to make sure we could fit everything.”
They also replaced the oven with a residential one, which is better equipped for baking and making larger meals.
“The kitchen is definitely the heart of our home when the kids are here watching stuff, we’re all together,” she said.
“We all crowd around the kitchen and eat our meals and it’s a good time.”
The rest of the home consists of a bathroom, a master bedroom, and the children’s “bunk room.”
Each bunk was fitted with a curtain for privacy and the older children slept on the top beds.
