‘World’s most luxurious’ motorhome owned by A-lister has cinema & NIGHTCLUB with 30-person sofa for hosting famous pals
THIS is the motorhome of a top A-list celeb that has been dubbed the “world’s most luxurious”, boasting a cinema that turns into a nightclub after dark.
The glam caravan set its high-profile owner back a whopping £2 million and looks like a private jet on wheels.
The life of a pop icon necessitates plenty of travel, with seemingly endless tours, gigs and media appearances.
Tour buses are not an uncommon sight in the music industry and plenty of stars prefer to buy their own customised versions rather than using rented wheels.
But self-professed diva Mariah Carey has never been one to go half way on the little luxuries.
Her stunning RV was custom-built by Anderson Mobile Estates, the same firm that has created bespoke mobile homes for names like Simon Cowell, Bill Clinton and Vin Diesel.
Mariah’s is among the largest of these, with 22 wheels and a 1,200 sq ft interior.
For reference, that’s about the same dimensions as a two-bed townhouse in Chelsea currently listed on John D Wood & Co for almost £6 million.
The main lounge is dominated by a 65″ TV with surround sound and a massive 30ft sofa.
There are also sliding panels which allow the room to be widened to 600 sq ft.
Upstairs, yes there are stairs too, guests can perch on an even bigger sofa (which can fit 30 people in all) and enjoy a film in the home cinema.
And when the screening’s done, the space can be converted into a self-contained nightclub for star-studded parties.
The kitchen features a full-sized fridge, proper electric oven and hob and a £3,000 water purifier.
There’s even a whole room reserved for Mariah to do her makeup before she gets out on stage.
The whole thing is so large that it has to be towed by a specialist truck to get around, with the All I Want For Christmas singer believed to use it for her US tours.
